Recipe for Dairy free, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free Banana Cake

Rice flour (available from Bob's Red Mill, Allowhead Mills,Lundberg) 1 & 1/3 cupsInstructions
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Cooking oil 2 tsp
Maple syrup 2 tsp
1 very ripe organic banana, mashed
Water 3-6 tsp (3 for firmer, 6 for softer cake)
Add above ingredients one by one, and stir them well.Notes
Spread batter into shallow, small size baking pan.
Bake in pre-heated oven 380F for 30-40 minutes.
It’s so easy. Preparation time is only 5 minutes.
Actually, you can make it with only one bowl and one spoon!
A light and yummy treat for grownups, and perfect for babies starting on soft solid foods!
