Coop Guest Policy

The Coop welcomes adult members to bring guests on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. For further details about the policy, how to access passes, and any other requirements, please consult the full policy.

The Coop welcomes guests to visit when accompanied by a current Coop member. Please follow the guidelines as outlined below.

• Each adult member is entitled to four Guest Passes per calendar year.
  • Unused passes do not roll over to the following calendar year.
  • Children of members are not allowed to bring guests.
• One guest equals one pass. For example, if a member brings two guests on the same day, they will use up two of the four annual passes. If they try to bring five guests and have only four passes, only four of guests will be allowed to enter. Please plan accordingly.
• Members can bring guests on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, during shopping hours.
  • Due to capacity limits on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, guests are not allowed on those days.
• Members must bring their guest(s) to the Second Floor Service Desk or the Membership Office to obtain a Guest Pass. Guest(s) will need to present photo ID before the pass is issued.
• Unused guest passes cannot be transferred to another member.
• Members on a leave of absence, dormant, or whose status does not allow access to the Coop cannot enter the Coop as a guest.
• Guests are welcome to our wonderful Coop but as non-members, they are not permitted to shop.
