The Coop strives to keep prices low for our membership.
Minimizing the amount of returned merchandise is one way we do this.
If you need to make a return, please go to the 2nd Floor Service Desk.
1. The Paid-In-Full receipt MUST be presented.
2. Returns must be handled within 30 days of purchase.
No, we do not exchange items. You must return the merchandise and re-purchase what you need.
* A buyer is available during the weekdays to discuss your concerns.
Packaging/label must be presented for refund.
The Coop reserves the right to refuse returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions, please contact a staff member in the Membership Office.
