Invitation to Attend the April 26 General Meeting

Join us on Tuesday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m. for the Coop’s virtual monthly General Meeting. All Coop member-owners are invited, and we look forward to seeing you there.

The April agenda has three voting items: elections of candidates to the Agenda and Dispute Resolution committees and a proposal to finalize the details for the Committee Oversight committee. In addition, the General Coordinators will present reports on the Coop’s finances and operations.

• To participate in and vote at the April GM, you need to register by 5:00 pm on Tue., April 26
• Pre-registered members will receive the Zoom invite by email after 5:00 p.m. on April 26.
• Get prepared by reading the GM agenda, 8-week Financial Statement and March 29 General Meeting minutes

We strongly encourage you to make time to attend the monthly GM. Attendance at the General Meeting is significantly lower than pre-pandemic attendance despite greater availability made possible by the online format. Your participation in our governance process is one of the three essential aspects of our member-labor participatory model. The GM is where you get to discuss and vote on important proposals and also to hear directly from the staff about the finances and operations of your Coop.
